The Center for Marriage and Relationships and Winsome Conviction Project, in observance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, present a self-defense and de-escalation seminar, entitled "When Conversations Become Violent"

Dr. Tim Muehlhoff and Nick Drossos (one of Canada's leading self-defense experts) will address how to verbally de-escalate conversations and how to protect yourself if things get physical. Attendees will learn and practice self-defense drills.
