Join Dr. Chris Grace and Alisa Grace, co-directors of Biola University's Center for Marriage and Relationships (CMR), for an engaging Intel Talks session designed for professionals navigating the challenges of balancing work and home life. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience in relationship education, counseling. and research. Chris and Alisa will share practical, research-informed strategies for understanding emotions, managing stress and responding to conflict in ways that strengthen both personal well-being and relationships.
This interactive session will include practical teaching, discussion, and evidence-based tools participants can immediately apply in their daily lives.
